How to Rent

1. Process for quote

a). You need provide below info to us:

b. Time

c.Number of people and

d.Destination

2) You can choose four different ways to request a quote

– Fill in the information in the inquiry form on the webpage

– Request a quote by email or FAX:24758615 [email protected]

– Call the reservation hotline directly: +852 24764144

– For quotation inquiries, please Whatsapp to +852 96295409 and customer services will answer you ASAP

3). Our company will provide the quotation within one day in usual

4). Once you confirm the quotation, depending on the actual situation, you might need to place a deposit of 100% or 50% of the total amount to confirm the car rental.

100% deposite for confirmation

-Guests who require 100% full payment:

a. Pay by credit card,

b. Overseas customers.

C. Guests who confirm their use of the vehicles within 48 hours.

Surely, We have a complete refund policy to deal with different situations, and everything is based on fairness.

50% deposite for confirmation

-Applicable to customers who place a 50% deposit and actually use the vehicles:
a. Hong Kong local,
b. Institutional & NGO.
C. Guests who confirm their vehicle use 48 hours in advance.

For institutional customers, you need to stamp and sign the quotation to “confirm the use of the bus/coachs” (please refer to (Contact Us) for payment methods)

5) We will contact you by whatsapp, email or mobile phone to notify you the bus’s info (license plate/driver information/contact number)

f). The remaining balance can be handed over to the driver on time, and the receipt will be handed over to the driver in person. For organizations, please receive the invoice and return the check to our address (Room 1B, 9/F, Goodwill Industrial Building, No. 36-44 Pak Tin Par Street , Tsuen Wan, N.T.Hong Kong, No. 491-501 Castle Peak Road, Tsuen Wan, N.T.)

Each of our customers has 15min pre-ready or waiting time in order. If our service time is pre-ready or extended, HKD$200 PER 30 MIN extra fee would be acquired by us. Please notice.

-For 43-65seater Coach equipped with luggage storage, could afford around 40 pieces of middle size luggage. Please kindly remark it in your order when you need the storage service.

-For 27 seater minibus, the first two rows of seats would be occupied (4 seat would be needed). Minibus could be carried around 12 pieces of middle size luggage.
