Bus Rental Procedure

a).Please decide the event detail:

3. no.of people

4.location

b).4 options would be made about your quotation – Through the online enquiry form;

c). The quotation would be given within ONE DAY

d). 50% deposit would be needed if your decision are made (please see CONTACT page about the payment method) or Organization can sign the CONFIMATION LETTER (e.g Quotation form or Invoice) that provide by us for the confirmation purpose

e). Arrangement will be made to you a week before your rental date and vehicles license; Driver name & Mobile no. would be sent though email, phone or Whatsapp to you before 1 -2 day.

f). the rest of payment could be given to our driver and receipt would be prepared. For organization, please send the cheques to us (Flat 22B, 6/F, Wah Wai Industrial Building, 53-61 Pak Tin Par Street., Tsuen Wan, N.T.)

*The time required to provide the above applications is at least required by each department, and the number of applications for closed area permits is limited. Some of them are on a first-come-first-served basis, customers are advised to submit their application documents as soon as possible after the journey is determined to ensure that they can do so.

For 60-65seater Coach equipped with luggage storage, could afford around 40 pieces of luggage. Please kindly remark it in your order when you need the storage service. For 27 seater minibus, the first two rows of seats would be occupied (4 seat would be needed). Minibus could be carried around 10 pieces of luggage.

Direct Bank in: Please Transfer to HSBC (Hong Kong) ( HSBC : 747-109080-838, BusPro Bus Services Co.,LTD) and email, whatsapp or Fax the receipt to us.。

Paypal / Visa / Master : Customer will receive a paid link or an online invoice if using any credit card payment. Usually we accept 50% deposit for our confirmation. Rest of the amount will be paid after the services is done.

Purchasing-Card User Notice!! The customer must clearly explain the payment with the purchase card before confirming the order. After confirming the order, the payment method will not be accepted.Purchase card payment processing time is from 9 am to 5 pm.Paying with a purchase card requires an additional working day to process payment procedures. The booking date can only be confirmed by the customer properly submitting the relevant purchase card documents.
