Q: What is the luggage capacity for your shuttle buses? A: Our 43-65 seater coaches can fit approximately 40 medium-sized bags. For our 27-seater minibuses, it fits approximately 12 bags (this requires utilizing the first 2 rows of seats).
Q: How are flight delays handled for airport shuttle services? A: If your flight is delayed for over 1 hour, a waiting fee of HKD$450/hr applies. If the delay exceeds 2 hours and our bus cannot continue to wait due to scheduling, a 50% refund will be issued.
Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy? A: We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made with more than 18 days’ notice. A 50% refund is provided for cancellations with more than 11 days’ notice. Cancellations made within 4 days of the service date are non-refundable.
